I've been in twice in the last month. Both times the servers were wearing masks. The tables are spaced out safely and back-to-back booths are blocked off. There's a table with hand sanitizer at the entrance. There's also two tables outside for outside dining. The self-serve buffet is closed.

Not sure what a Pan Cable is, but they do have pancakes. Pretty good ones, too.
